About

I have been painting, drawing and making stuff for as long as I can remember.

I hit Art College in 1971 and was lucky enough to have one of the last formal, structured and comprehensive art educations on offer in the UK. I bring that background and the fifty years of experience since to my art, my hand painted pieces and to my fine art and decorative painting workshops here in the beautiful Aude region of southern France.

My passion for saving old treasures and old houses has seen me source and sell antique and vintage finds for fifty years and restore  five houses! 

I now live in house number 5 and we are now embarking on the new adventure of house number 6, another beautiful old property in yet another historic village.

Both houses will soon be open as studio galleries, featuring my own work and that of other gifted French artisans
